The Team Adrenaline workout is a purely "organic" outdoor group fitness program. No equipment or devices whatsoever, just the machine called the human body.

Many people take running for granted, it’s something we all do naturally – right? In fact, it has been scientifically proven, that properly executed running mechanics will improve speed, enhance performance and avoid running related injuries. Conversely, poor running form has been proven to show inefficiencies in the way that a person expends energy and can make you susceptible to injury.

Team Adrenaline will teach the 6 universal principles of speed that will help you reach your natural potential. You will learn and execute the “science” of running, the goal of which is to run faster or longer, with less effort and fatigue. Learn how to avoid the most common running related injuries through essential strengthening and balancing exercises to support your new form.
