On-site Group Fitness
Adrenaline will come right to your office to train your company and its staff. This unique training system is safe, fun and effective. No equipment set up or room reconfiguration is necessary, we just need a willing group and the great outdoors. Employees will feel energized, more productive and thankful that they can get their workout in while at work. Participants will also bond with one another on a level not typically reached in a work setting, improving your corporate culture. Sessions typically run for 45 minutes. Open to all ages and fitness levels.
